I am now offering the Fem Cap for women who are wanting a more natural approach to family planning. The fem cap is a barrier method, similar to a diaphragm and cervical cap. One would use it with spermicidal jelly. I highly recommend the fem cap over using the diaphragm and cervical cap. From the research I have done it doesn’t have any of the adverse side effects such as weakening the bladder muscle, damaging the cervix from long term use and so on. It is smaller then a diaphragm and about the same size at the cervical cap. Check out their web site for more details.

Does it need to be fitted like a diaphragm? I am willing to try it. I stopped using the diaphragm when it got jammed up there and damaged tissue. I could still feel the injury a year after it happened. Not fun. They also give me yeast infections. I am willing to give this a try. Do I get it from my Dr.?
