The role a father or a birth partner plays in the whole birth process is irreplaceable. A woman is able to do so much more when she is empowered by a loved one such as her husband, mother, best friend, or significant other. Sarah is the mediator in helping both the mother and her partner feel at ease. She will work closely with the woman’s birth partner in encouraging him or her in how they can be more involved without feeling overwhelmed.
